By using Sound Downloader (the "Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
The "Sound Downloader" Bot is provided for educational, archival, and authorized management purposes only. It is intended to assist users in recovering or transferring Roblox assets they have rightful access to — such as public assets, owned assets, assets the user has been granted access to, or assets being transferred between verified owners (e.g. during game ownership changes). Any use of the Bot to download, distribute, or otherwise obtain assets you do not have legal rights to is strictly prohibited.
You, the user, are solely responsible for all actions performed through your Discord account using the "Sound Downloader" Bot. You must ensure that any content you download or handle through the Bot complies with Roblox's Terms of Use, Discord's Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that the developer cannot monitor or verify your rights to any downloaded content and disclaims all responsibility for any resulting copyright or intellectual property violations.
Examples of acceptable use include restoring access to assets made private by Roblox updates, transferring assets between project collaborators, or moving content between games under the same or verified ownership. These actions must still comply with Roblox's and Discord's Terms of Service.
You may not use the Bot to:
Sound Downloader may log necessary information such as Discord user IDs, commands used, or timestamps for moderation and abuse prevention. No personal data beyond what Discord provides is stored or shared externally.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or block any user at any time, for any reason, including suspected misuse or ToS violations.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Bot complies with all applicable laws and platform terms. The developer will cooperate with legal or platform authorities in the event of verified misuse or infringement reports.
The Bot is provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of reliability, functionality, or availability. The developer makes no claim of affiliation with or endorsement by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use or misuse of the Bot.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
