By installing, accessing, or using Harmless Asset Manager (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
The Software is provided for educational, archival, recovery, and authorized management purposes only. It is intended to assist users in managing Roblox assets that they legitimately own or have explicit permission to use — for example: recovering assets made private by platform updates, transferring assets between verified owners, or uploading legitimately owned assets to the user's own Roblox account. Any use of the Software to access, copy, upload, replace, or distribute assets you do not have legal rights or explicit permission to manage is strictly prohibited.
To perform uploads or account actions, the Software requires the user's Roblox account cookie token. By providing this token or authorizing the Software, you represent and warrant that you are the account owner or have explicit authorization from the account owner to perform such actions. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any actions performed using your account.
The Software may automatically replace asset IDs within game project files. You agree to create and retain local backups of any files before using the Software. The developer is not responsible for file corruption, loss of content, or any irreversible changes to project files resulting from use of the Software.
You may not use the Software to:
The Software may collect minimal operational data (e.g., anonymized telemetry, command timestamps, error logs) to diagnose issues and prevent abuse. If you opt to store credentials or tokens for convenience, the Software will store them only as described in the Privacy Policy. The developer recommends using local, encrypted storage and minimizing credential persistence. The developer does not sell personal data.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software for any user suspected of misuse. The developer will cooperate with Roblox, law enforcement, and other platform operators in the event of verified infringement or abuse reports.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer, its officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Software, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from or in connection with the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to account bans, loss of assets, or costs associated with restoring content.
The developer may suspend or terminate access to the Software or any associated services at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.
If you believe content made available through the Software infringes your copyright, please contact the developer at: complaints@harmlesscreations.com with a valid takedown notice. The developer will respond in accordance with applicable law.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the current version.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for disputes arising under these Terms.
